Embassy Suites by Hilton

Giving guests their day, their way.

“Accolade understands hospitality marketing in ways that other generalist firms cannot touch.”

— Director of Sales & Marketing, Embassy Suites

Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista South presented us with a unique problem: they possessed one of the largest and most grand event spaces of any Embassy Suites in the United States but had experienced major difficulty selling the event space and convincing guests that they were a viable option. While we found that were many positives to the property including the spaces themselves and the value of their offer, there were also a lot of negatives including luxury hotel competition in the area and an inherited brand image from Embassy Suites. The Embassy brand itself is known as an affordable, all-suites hotel with free breakfast and drinks—not for delivering a high-quality wedding event or conference. It was indeed a difficult story to tell.

We took their barriers and turned them into our biggest strengths by crafting two different marketing stories for their two target audiences. One would appeal to brides, nearlyweds, and guests looking to book a social event—this brochure speaks about the hotels' desire to create one-of-a-kind wedding receptions and galas at an affordable cost and worked hard to capture the imagination of a bride-to-be. The other brochure would appeal to the professional event planner looking to book a small to medium-sized conference or tradeshow—and spoke to the versatility of the hotel, it’s diverse event spaces and the benefits of going small.

The result is a collection of brochures and companion website that not only look beautiful and are some of the most eye-catching collateral of any Embassy Suites property but convince the reader that Embassy Suites should be at the top of their list when considering a space for a wedding, gala, tradeshow or conference.
